Development Update — Artificial Horizon Systems

Over the coming months, we will continue expanding and documenting the technological systems of NEX. We have decided to present, in greater detail than ever before, the systems born entirely from our imagination and reveal how they function within one of the largest synthetic civilizations of the Ksara Universe.

This new development series will explore 15 interconnected systems that together form the foundation of the Artificial Horizon System — one of the most ambitious engineering achievements ever created within NEX. Step by step, we will showcase its architecture, purpose, energy infrastructure, atmospheric technologies, and the hidden mechanisms that allowed an entire civilization to exist beneath an artificial sky.

Interestingly, the units of the ELE–480 Line never truly understood how the Artificial Horizon was built. For them, it was simply part of the world they had always known — a permanent sky above endless cities, gardens, and harmonic districts.
